How long does it take to become fluent?
The time needed to achieve fluency varies depending on several factors: your native language, prior language learning experience, course intensity, and personal dedication. Generally, with consistent study and practice, students can reach conversational proficiency in 6-12 months and advanced fluency in 18-24 months. Our placement test helps us create a realistic timeline based on your specific circumstances.
What levels do you offer?
We follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and offer courses at all levels from A1 (Beginner) to C2 (Proficiency). Each level is further divided into sub-levels to ensure gradual and comprehensive progression. Our placement test will determine your starting level, and you can advance at your own pace.
Are there any prerequisites for enrollment?
No prior knowledge is required for beginner courses. For intermediate and advanced levels, we conduct a placement assessment to ensure you join the appropriate class. The minimum age for our standard courses is 16, though we offer specialized programs for younger learners starting from age 8.
Do you offer online courses?
Yes, we offer fully online courses with live virtual classrooms as well as hybrid options. Our online courses maintain the same quality of instruction and interactive approach as our in-person classes, with the added convenience of learning from anywhere. All you need is a reliable internet connection and a computer or tablet with a camera and microphone.
What is your cancellation policy?
For group courses, we offer a full refund if canceled more than 14 days before the start date, and a 70% refund if canceled 7-14 days before. No refunds are provided for cancellations less than 7 days before the course begins. For private lessons, 24-hour notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling without charge. Special circumstances are considered on a case-by-case basis.
